Overview

Simplifying policy communication for public understanding at scale The Department of Commerce needed to increase content output,activate underused platforms and simplify complex trade and policy communication for public audiences — while maintaining institutional accuracy and speed. Epic built a high-frequency, multi-platform communication ecosystem across LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital channels. We converted policy updates into clear, visual and accessible content formats, supported by rapid turnaround systems and data-led content planning. The result was a major scale-up in institutional communication: 9,523 posts published, 13X+ increase in content output, 9.5M+ impressions, 214K+ video views, 145K+ link clicks and 3.83 lakh+ followers across platforms.
