From the launch of the Unified ITSM Tool to Improve, Innovus and other employee platforms, we transformed routine announcements into campaign-led experiences — using curiosity, gamification, interactive mailers and sharp visual storytelling to drive attention and adoption.The partnership also included internal communication guidelines and a people-first coffee table book that celebrated leadership journeys, employee stories and the culture behind the organisation.
